Christmas Tree Cheesecake Pops

Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients: 

-30 ounce frozen New York-style cheesecake

-15 ounces of green candy melting wafers

-½ cup of coconut oil

-Green sprinkles

-White icing

-Silver and rainbow nonpareils for decorating

-8 gold star dragees

-8 popsicle sticks

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Cut the cheesecake into 8 wedges
  3. Insert a wooden popsicle stick into the short side of each cheesecake slice
  4. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight
  5. Line a second baking sheet with parchment
  6. Add the green candy melting wafers and coconut oil to a container and microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir in between each interval. Microwave until the mixture is melted and smooth
  7. Dip the frozen cheesecake in the candy melts until fully coated
  8. Transfer the dipped frozen cheesecake to the prepared baking sheet
  9. Add the sprinkles and icing to decorate for your desired look
  10. Freeze the pops until ready to serve
  11. Enjoy!
