As you can tell by the title, my sister is a teacher. This school year is her first year teaching and she teaches first grade. She used to be a sub when she first started and sometimes she would sub right here at ELD. I would sometimes tell her to take spots when my teachers were out because it was funny. My sister didn’t like the thought of having to teach little kids because she wanted to get at least 3rd grade or a higher grade. But as she started teaching and as it is almost the end of the school year, she loves teaching first grade and loves all her kids. I sometimes go into her classroom to help out whenever she needs it, so I also get to look after the kids. I love going to her classroom because her kids are so cute but sometimes they say the most out-of-pocket things. As the end of the school year is coming around she is sadly not going to teach first grade next year and moving to fifth. She’s pretty excited to teach fifth grade but is a little nervous because of the way they might act. Other than that I know she’s going to be the best teacher ever!
