In the newest space news, astronomers have seemed to detect a signal caused by a colossal collision of two vicious black holes creating the biggest bang heard by humanity since the Big Bang. Black holes are a very strange force in our universe that have plenty of unanswered questions to their name. In May, these two black holes gave off strong signals to astronomers and this energy turned out to be from the two colliding; Only what astronomers didn’t know at first was that they combined to make an even bigger black hole. The first black hole was a massive size of sixty-six times the mass of the sun and the second was even more gargantuan being eighty-five times the mass of our sun. In the end of the collision, the new combined black hole came in at a whopping 142 times the mass of our sun, and being the largest black hole that any astronomer had seen before. This ripple in space traveling at the speed of light gave off the loudest shock wave since the Big Bang and still has an abundant amount of mysteries to find out along with it in the near future.
