There are many mental health benefits of exercise. Everyone knows that it’s good for your body, but it’s also effective in dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and more. People who exercise regularly tend to do so because it gives them an enormous sense of well-being. Exercising relieves tension and stress, boosts physical and mental energy, and enhances happiness. They feel more energetic throughout the day, and sleep better at night.  Not only will it make your physical appearance better but your inside better too. Research indicates that modest amounts of exercise can make a difference. No matter your age or fitness level, you can learn to use exercise as a powerful way to feel better. Even a little bit of activity is better than nothing.
