A C-130 Chilean plane went missing on its way to a military base in Antarctica with 38 people on board this Monday. While en route the plane lost contact with the Chilean military. Search teams were sent out to look for the missing plane and found debris and human remains. Families of the missing people were relieved to hear the plane was found. The conditions where the remains were found make it almost impossible for passengers to survive a crash. The cause of the crash is unknown but some believe a storm could have been part of the reason. There is an ongoing investigation to find out why the plane crashed.
